Maintenence

Maintenance is an optional extra, which is recommended during spring and summer. It includes changing the water of your vases, replacing any damaged or dying flowers, removing pollen and rearranging. 

This will take place mid service to optimise your contract and insure the longevity of your flowers. The cost depends on which vases you choose and how often you receive them.

Hassle free

We aim to make delivery and set up as quick and easy as possible. Priding ourselves in discretion and efficiency, causing  minimal disruption to your staff and customers. 

Vases are simply switched, cleaned off site and the flowers are composted.

We'll organise a delivery schedule and payment plan that works best for you, invoices can be paid in cash, by card or by standing order monthly or weekly.

Contract Terms and Conditions

10% discount is only valid for additional purchases.

10% discount is valid for existing members of staff at the time of purchase. This will be verified by a discount code given to the employer when they start a contract.

 

*Contracts must be paused or cancelled at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery.

This can be done online or by phone.

If you wish to change your delivery address or your payment details please do so online at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. If this is not possible please phone us as soon as you can and we will do everything we can to help.

Floral styles and colour preferences can be changed but may not be able to be implemented immediately.

This can be only be done by contacting us directly.

Vase hire is included for as long as the contract is in place, once the contract is cancelled the vase must be returned or paid for. The cost of each vase may vary depending on the plan that you are one. This cost will be given to you on your first delivery.

To pause your contract you must tell A floral Affair at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery this can be done verbally or in writing. You can pause your contract for a maximum of 21 days, if you wish to pause your contract for a longer period of time we suggest cancelling your plan and repurchasing when you are ready to continue. In order to keep the loyalty rewards that you have accumulated please talk to A Floral Affair.

Payments and deliveries will resume on an agreed date.

Paused contracts do not need to return their vases and are not required to pay for them.
