My name is Natalie James, I'm 29 and have over 15 years of experience in the flower industry.
Customer satisfaction is the main focus of everything I do, I put my heart and soul into all my work and guarantee to exceed all expectations when creating your Floral Affair!
It makes me happy to make my customers happy!

Work History
My passion for floristry began at 12 years old, i started working for a small flower shop in New Malden called 'Imagine'. it was there where i fell in love with the industry and knew it was what i was going to do for the rest of my life!
At age 15 I started to work for my Flower family 'Dovers'. It was here where my expertise and knowledge flourished. I learnt valuable skills which i will be forever grateful for- from flower conditioning, arranging, shop and stock management to people, marketing and business skills.
I loved working there for over 14 years and still work in the shop when needed for special occasions.
After working with this amazing company for so many years, growing from a Saturday girl to Shop Manager I decided it was time to spread my wings and start A Floral Affair - a life time goal to have my very own business.
