Terms & Conditions

All Gift orders come with Flower food, a card and in water.

  • For smaller item such as single flowers - 'In water' means a water vile or a jam jars (specifications can be found on the products page) 

  • For larger items 'In water' means that the bouquet comes in a cellophane bubble and placed in a gift box or bag.

  • Member discounts are only valid on gift bouquet orders. they cannot be used for event flowers.

Mothers Day

  • Pick up is from 33 Willow RD, New Malden, KT3 3RR 

    • Pick ups are available from Saturday 9th March at 10am - 11am, 14:00 -17:00 and 20:00 - 10pm. if you need to pick up outside of these times please call 07500838350 with your order number to arrange a different time or a delivery. ​

  • Minimum spend for delivery is £50 

  • Delivery fee is based on distance:

    • Neighbour delivery is free and is for those who live on Willow Road.(within 0.2KM)

    • ​Local delivery is within 1.3KM radius = £7.5   (Free delivery when spending £65 or more)​

    • Outer area delivery is within 3KM radius = £10 (Free delivery when spending £85 or more)

    • Faraway delivery is within 5KM radius = £15 (Free delivery when spending £100 or more)

  • All Mothers day orders will be fulfilled on Sunday 10th March unless otherwise arranged. To arrange a different delivery date please contact me with your order number and name. 

  • If there is no answer on the first delivery attempt, you Bouquet may be left with a neighbour or left in a safe & sheltered place. Either way you will be notified.

  • If there is no where to leave your bouquet on first attempt, We will try once more later. If both attempts are unsuccessful you will either have to come and collect your order or pay for your order to be redelivered.

Valentines 

  • 10% discount only applies to orders over £40 before delivery is added

  • 20% discount only applies o orders over £50, delivery will be taken off automatically if you are a member.

  • All Valentines orders will be fulfilled on Wednesday 14th Feb unless otherwise arranged. To arrange a different delivery date please contact me with your order number and name. 

  • If there is no answer on the first delivery attempt, you Bouquet may be left with a neighbour or left in a safe & sheltered place. Either way you will be notified.

  • If there is no where to leave your bouquet on first attempt, We will try once more later. If both attempts are unsuccessful you will either have to come and collect your order or pay for your order to be redelivered.
